Process Improvement & System Design
Some organizations have too many systems and processes in place, while others lack solid ones. I work with leadership to assess the existing processes and organizational workflow, improve or design new ones that generate relevant data for decision-making. This work aims to improve coordination, efficiency, and operational clarity across teams.
Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning (MEL)/ KPI Measurement
The power of MEL is often underestimated or overlooked. Having an efficient and robust MEL framework helps you obtain key data that strengthens your decisions, strategy, and work. It also helps you improve your communication, demonstrate impact, and acquire new funds. I help you develop and review your MEL plan, framework, and tools, set up efficient KPIs and performance tracking systems, as well as build knowledge harvesting and learning structures that support adaptive decision-making and continuous improvement.
